THE CHALLENGE
Cindy was managing a website that had become a bottleneck for her business—it was difficult to update and no longer reflected the vibrant atmosphere of Pocketeer Billiards. The goal was to pivot the site from a static page into a functional tool that could handle the heavy lifting of event management. Specifically, Cindy wanted to lean into online bookings for parties and implement an on-site online ordering system to improve the guest experience and streamline operations within the facility.
THE RESULT
I designed a feature-rich website that has successfully opened the doors to a wave of new customers who prefer the convenience of booking online. One of the biggest wins for our partnership was the implementation of a custom on-site ordering form; this move has significantly lowered Cindy's dependency on high-fee third-party services. Now, visitors can stay at their tables or pool racks and order food for pickup directly from their phones. It’s been a game-changer for the facility’s efficiency and has made the overall guest experience much more seamless.
