THE CHALLENGE
As the primary service provider for Beaver Island State Park, Cyndy manages an incredible amount of moving parts. Under the Montana International umbrella, she oversees everything from golf outings and dinner reservations to high-end weddings at the Falconwood. Her previous website was a significant bottleneck; it was difficult to update and left visitors feeling lost in a maze of information. We needed to take a massive amount of data and several distinct business entities and organize them into a single, cohesive digital experience that felt intuitive for the end-user.
THE RESULT
I executed a major digital ecosystem upgrade for Cyndy that went far beyond a simple facelift. I built a brand-new website that logically and visually organizes all Montana International entities, making it effortless for guests to find exactly what they need. Behind the scenes, I overhauled their entire digital logistics, setting up a robust email system and implementing automations for the various forms on the site to streamline event management and bookings. By building this solid foundation, I’ve given Cyndy’s team the tools they need to manage their diverse operations with much higher efficiency and professional polish.
